Easy-going activities, suitable for most fitness levels.

Minimum requirements:

  • Walk up to 1 km at a comfortable pace on mostly level ground.

  • Stand for short periods (up to 10–15 minutes) without assistance.

  • Enter and exit the coach unaided, including using steps.

  • Manage basic mobility independently in accommodation (e.g. moving around the room, using bathroom facilities).

  • Carry your own luggage for short distances (e.g. hotel to coach).

A good mix of leisure and physical activity, suitable for those with an average fitness level.

Minimum requirements:

  • Walk up to 2–3 km per day, including on uneven surfaces such as cobblestones, inclines, or sand.

  • Participate in guided walking tours with regular rest stops.

  • Manage multiple flights of stairs or moderate inclines without assistance.

  • Stand comfortably for up to 30–45 minutes at a time.

  • Enter and exit the coach unaided and maintain balance while boarding.

  • Carry your own luggage for short distances (e.g. hotel to coach).

A mix of leisure and physical activities requiring a good level of fitness and mobility, may include longer walking tours.

Minimum requirements:

  • Walk 4-6 km or more per day, including on uneven terrain, bush tracks, sand, or slopes.

  • Participate in walking tours with limited or no rest stops.

  • Stand for 45-60 minutes or longer without needing to sit.

  • Confidently manage stairs, steep inclines, and varied terrain.

  • Enter and exit the coach unaided and always maintain good balance and mobility

  • Carry your own luggage and personal belongings without assistance.
